~ Returns

  • We do NOT accept refunds/returns. When you report an item that was incorrectly sent, broken, or missing within 24 hours, you will receive store credit for replacement. 

  • We have the right to cancel UNPAID/FRAUDULENT orders.

Shipping

  • All orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm CST will begin processing that day excluding holidays and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of processing date.
  • Orders placed after 5 pm CST will begin processing the next business day. 
  • Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm CST will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or If we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
  • Orders are never shipped on Saturday or Sunday. (Delivery time does NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays all packages are shipped via USPS First Class. (3 days to ship)
  • We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping USPS  should be contacted if any packages are lost. If you want coverage on your package, you will have to pay an additional $20.

Shipping Methods

  • USPS First Class : 2 to 3 business days (starting at $3.50)
  • USPS First Class International : 2 to 3 business days (starting at $13.50)
